Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.

Stacklinx is a workspace for teams and AI agents: projects, messages, files, connected mail and calendars, calls, and related tools. Features change as we ship them. We do not promise that any particular feature will remain available.

You need an account to use the product. Use an email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@stacklinx.com if you think someone else is using the account. You are responsible for activity under the account, including actions taken by agents you enable.

Do not use Stacklinx to break the law, to reach another customer’s data without permission, to probe or disrupt the service, to upload malware, or to harass anyone. Do not use an agent to do those things. Do not connect a Google, Spotify, or other account you are not allowed to use.

Google, Spotify, LiveKit, Browserbase, and the other products you connect have their own terms and privacy policies. Those terms still apply to your use of those products. Stacklinx is not those companies. If a provider withdraws access, the related feature in Stacklinx may stop working.

Agents in Stacklinx draft, summarize, and suggest. Their output can be wrong or incomplete. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, engineering advice, or any other professional advice. You decide what to send, file, approve, or rely on, and you review agent output before you act on it.

You keep the rights you already have in content you put into Stacklinx. You give us permission to host, display, and process that content so we can run the service for you and the people who share your workspace, including sending the relevant parts to the processors named in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account, or turn off an integration, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, threatens the security of the service, or harms another customer. Where we can do that without making the problem worse, we will tell you why.

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Stacklinx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we were told those losses were possible.

Our total liability for claims arising out of the service in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for Stacklinx in that period. If you paid no fees in that period, our total liability is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of Montenegro does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If a mandatory consumer law where you live gives you rights these terms cannot take away, those rights still apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. The courts of Montenegro have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or the service, except where a mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court.

We post updates on this page and change the date at the bottom. If you keep using Stacklinx after that date changes, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to delete the account from the account deletion page.
